New York Commercial Building Code Notice

COMcheck 3.7.1 supports the 2010 New York Energy Conservation Construction Code, which is required for permit applications applied for after December 2010.

For permit applications applied for prior to December 2010, please use COMcheck 3.7.0 (or earlier), which supports the 2007 New York Energy Conservation Construction Code.

For building designs based on ASHRAE Standard 90.1, the '90.1 (2007) Standard' code may be used to demonstrate compliance.

Please be sure to select the appropriate COMcheck version and energy code to fit your needs. Prior versions of COMcheck may be downloaded from the product archive.
