Step One: Download the Software

Click on "Begin ... Download Now." If you are asked whether to open the file or save it, choose "save".

Next, you will be asked where to save the install file (RESsetup_3_7_3.exe, COMsetup_3_2_1.exe). Select a location on your hard drive, and make note of it (at the top of the screen where it says "Save In:"). You can change this location by clicking on the arrow button to the right of the file location. Do not attempt to save the file to a floppy disk, as it will not fit. Click Save.

The program will start to download; the estimated download time can be deceiving; it may not take as long as the estimated time shown on the screen. Note the file size prior to downloading and confirm the download is this size when it is complete.

Step Two: Install the Software

Once the download is complete, you will need to go to Windows Explorer. Right click on the "Start" button and click on the word "Explore".

In Windows Explorer find the RESsetup_3_7_3.exe, COMsetup_3_2_1.exe file in the folder that you noted in Step One. Double click on it to begin installation.

The downloaded program will automatically install. Keep clicking the Next button, and then Finish, to complete the installation.

Step Three: Run The Software

Run the program by clicking the "Start" button, then Programs, and then REScheck or COMcheck.
