Current Status Comments:
![]() State Amendments Notes: Senate Bill 59 as passed by the General Assembly in June 2009 gives the Delaware Energy Office (DEO) the authority to select the most current residential and commercial building energy code as the State's Energy Codes. DEO has endorsed the IECC 2009 and ASHRAE 90.1-2007 for this purpose. SB 59 makes the effective date as July 1, 2010. |
