| Current Status Comments:
On May 14, Gov. Donald Carcier signed HB 5986 updating the state building code to the 2009 IECC and ASHRAE 90.1-2007; effective upon passage but the code update process will take a year. The goal for the effective date of the new code is July 2010. |
