US DOE ICC Collaborative Process

The following message summarizing the next steps in the DOE International Code Council® (ICC) Collaborative process was distributed on June 25, 2009:

All,

Thank you so much for your interests in the DOE Collaborative process. We have had an overwhelming amount of cooperation and support from so many facets of the energy efficiency community. At this time, DOE is planning to set in place another Code Collaboration meeting in the Washington, D.C. area to discuss code change submittals and concepts. We would expect that the date will coincide about 30 days after ICC releases its monograph so that we all will have the opportunity to digest the contents of so many valuable code change proposals. Since this Collaborative meeting is being planned and several key DOE/PNNL staff members will not be present, DOE will not use the Energy Codes 2009 Conference as a forum to discuss ICC code change submittals. Please follow our Share Point and www.energycodes.gov sites to obtain the latest information. Thank you once again for your participation.
