How to Use COMcheck-EZ for Commercial Energy Code Compliance Training

This training was broadcast live over the Internet on Thursday, August 18, 2005, to an audience of nearly 900 people. The COMcheck-EZ software has since been renamed "COMcheck."

This 60-minute webcast, sponsored by DOE, provided:

an overview on how to use COMcheck code compliance software,
a case study approach including construction drawings,
documentation of the compliance certificates and inspection checklists,
a question and answer session for attendees to submit questions electronically, plus
a live, 30-minute Q&A session followed the presentation.

AIA/CES Learning Unit (HSW) (1.0 LUs)
- In order to receive AIA LUs, AIA requires that participants take and pass a test (80%). BECP submits to AIA all of the required information for participants who pass the test.
ICC Continuing Education Credits (.10 CEUs)
- Available toward renewal of an ICC certification
