ASHRAE 90.1 Control Requirements for EPAct 2005 Webinar -- Two sessions of this webinar were delivered by BECP's Eric Richman as part of Sylvania's Contractor Web training program. A taped session will be available soon on the Videos page of the BECP website. The focus of the presentations was two-fold: (1) to provide details of the lighting controls requirements in the energy codes typically adopted by states to meet EPAct, also known as the Energy Conservation Policy Act, energy regulations and (2) to discuss the practical application of the requirements associated with the EPAct commercial building lighting tax deduction. The presentations included a live question and answer session, which provided additional information on specific code issues, EPAct issues, and specific case applications.
